So, I think you can see that my green onions are sprouting new shoots, huh? A lot of the outer parts got droopy so I chopped them off, but it is clearly continuing to grow new shoots. Pretty dang cool.
The celery also is sprouting just as it is supposed to. haha.. can't believe it's working. So, someday in the future I really will plant this thing in dirt and have a bunch of celery.
And surprise of all surprises, my radishes that I planted last year are growing. haha.. the funniest thing is that I planted a crop of red and a crop of white, but it looks like they mingled in the soil and produced a red and white radish.
Nothing budging on the sweet potatoes yet, but I did have some fresh dandelion in my salad today.
