Ok, well nobody is perfect, but my kids come soooo close! I really enjoy watching the stuff they do. Here they are learning a Steven Curtis Chapman song.


And this is a "story" they wrote together till 1 am because they were having so much fun doing it. If you want to know what I think, hehe, I think kids actually WANT to learn and create if they are not force fed in public schools...

Ok, here's the situation. We are not getting the race car. It was a bad idea, for many reasons. And I don't even feel like making a list of them. I had thought I would get the other car that we actually went there to buy, but now it is looking like Darryl won't be buying me a new car for our anniversary. Oh well...we will save lots of

Happy Anniversary!

15 years ago Darryl burned our house down. With it went my Mazda 323 GTX turbo charged rally car. So after all these years Darryl took me out today to replace it. After much waffling back and forth, we decided on the Subaru Impreza WRX STI. It also has a turbo engine and it is a very tight, solid drive. Really I have to say, it is an unbelievably car, and so pretty. Handles amazingly...

Here's the beauty. Can't wait to bring it home.


While we were out we went furniture shopping. Nice sales for Memorial Day!

They even fed us lunch and the boys got to play games at this furniture store.

We had a nice Mother's day celebration. Decided to go to an expensive restaurant (Bell's Mansion), which we never do, but decided to splurge. Had a great time with the loves of my life.
