So, here we are over a month later and we are nearing the finish line. Not quite there yet. It won't be over until the lawn is hydroseeded, but we had to postpone that because of the dang blasted sprinkler system repairs, and now we need to add another zone, which will set us back in getting it done.
Here are some shots of the beautiful pool and landscape. I'm thrilled with how it turned out.

This project was almost all-consuming on my part. It was mentally challenging and emotionally draining. I told Darryl it's like giving birth. You plan, and you wait, and things go wrong, and it's a roller coaster, and at the end there is so much pain, followed by excitement and joy.
Would I do it again? No!! If there is ever a pool project in our future (wherever we live), I'm moving out.
