Winter Jam

whoah... I guess I've been too busy to keep up with this blog...

So it turned out that we sat too close to the stage and got blasted out...it was painful and not enjoyable.  We didn't even stay for David Crowder!!   Oh well... we were super glad for the experience, but if we EVER do it again, we will sit way in the back.

Murder Mystery Masquerade Dinner

My pastor (John) and his wife (Melinda) went with us to a very cool murder mystery dinner at the restaurant where Ryan used to work (Pietro's).

Darryl was asked to be a participator in the acting.  He did a really fine job...so well, in fact, that he won the best male actor award.  And Ryan went sporting his wings, and for that, he won the best costume award.

We all had a super nice time and enjoyed our evening together.   I'm so glad that Melinda took pictures!!

Christmas and a new year...

Here we are in the new year already and I haven't been very good about keeping up to date here.

Let's see...Darryl, Ryan and I sang at church for our Christmas service.  We did everything acapella, trying to make it like a caroling theme.  It was really fun.  Here is a video of it, as well as the sermon by John Records.

We had a great Christmas and a very nice celebration with Kyle and Hilary. We also had a wonderful time with the whole Rolff family for Christmas and New Years.

We had another visit from Pastor Karl and his family. It was nice to see them! Too bad there are no pictures! I've been doing a very bad job of remembering to take them.
