| This is a "from scratch" carrot cake I made for Darryl's birthday. He said it was the best carrot cake he had even eaten. Too bad we were both kinda sick for his birthday and the week leading up to it. The kids came over to spend the day but Darryl slept for a good part of the day. We ended up getting take-out from Carrabba's, and played a game. |

| So, it's a long story, but Darryl fell and broke his nose in 2 places and cut his throat. Spent over 4 hours in the ER getting him fixed up. He'll never do "that" again. |
